Hi Shreyas,
What do you mean by options to sign in here? As to your other qn, do you mean you can’t post new blog posts on this template? You need to go to your blogger dashboard in order to post new posts.

Hi Saruli,
Are you referring to the menu navigational bar? Go to Layout -> Edit HTML and search for About, Home etc using CTRL + F. You should be able to find the url links there, change them to those that you want and your good to go.

So is there no way to remove the EARTH logo from the top?
April 9th, 2010 at 3:48 am
Never mind figured that out. Now how do I get the contact us to go to email? and how to get about me to work?
April 9th, 2010 at 4:40 am
Hi JC,
For the menu pages, you need to create your own page/post first. After which you need to get the URL of your posts and go to Layout -> Edit HTML and do a CTRL + F search for the menu text and replace the URL there with your own one. As for contact us I think you can use a post gadget/widget on that.
Cheers

What happens if I can’t unzip the file? Says that I have to purchase Winrar . . not really interested in doing that! Any way around that?
Thanks!
Love the skin, must have it =)
April 16th, 2010 at 3:23 pm
Hi B,
I think you can try typing Winrar Free in Google.
Else you can also download Winzip or 7 Zip.

I love this template, nice job on it!!
Quick question, is the changing out of the blog header (the green earth logo) easily done, and if so, what pixel sizes does the replacing banner need to be?
Many thanks for offering such an awesome looking template!

Just downloaded and noticed you conveniently provided the images you are hosting for free on your servers so that takes care of my question regarding the pixel size of the banner.
I am assuming that I can simply edit the html code (using ctrl-f) to find the header.jpg and replace it with my own.
Sorry to have bothered and correct me if I got something wrong. lol

Hi Katrina,
Thank you for your kind words, am glad you like the template! As for changing the header banner yes you are right, you can simply replace the header.jpg link in Edit HTML page with your own and it will show your banner. The size of the header banner is 820 *186 pixels.

Swank

Hi Swank
I’ve posted up my first post on my new blog and all looks good after changing out the banner for my custom made one.
I do have one question though if I may. When in the Layout section of Blogger, I am wanting to add a new ‘element’, or gadget box if you will, so that I can put up a line of text, or a small banner, which I’m going to be placing above the posts. I will likely want to do similar things on the sidebar, needing to add elements but I am just not seeing where to click to do so. Could you tell me what I need to do to add elements to the page in various places as needed?
Thanks again for your help, it’s greatly appreciated!

Sorry, i just realized that i was a bit vague in my question as i didn’t state the actual name “widgets” lol doh! At any rate, how do i add a widget item to any location on the blog by ‘drag and drop’? Thank you again
)) Cheers! Katrina

Oh! If I end up sticking with this blog template, which i do love, except for my obvious problem i’m having with not being able to add elements, i am definitely going to ‘donate’ most likely a larger amount because $5 or $10 is just taking the piss, it’s worth more than that. Does it accept PayPal?
Sorry for going on and on… lol Thanks again,
Katrina

Hi Kartrina,
Lol I get ya, some people call it widgets, but for Blogger its mostly Gadgets.
To add Gadgets, go to your blogger dashboard -> Layout and there is a graphical template structure there that allows you to drag and drop and add elements/gadgets. Try adding a gadget on the sidebar, let me know if it works for ya.
Thanks for the donation, yes paypal is accepted
Cheers,
Swank

Hi again Swank
I believe there might be a possible problem with the code as I have figured out what’s happening. I moved all existing gadgets and dragged / dropped it above ‘Posts’, and all of the sudden when i removed the final one (‘links’) there appeared “ADD A GADGET” link, which was what i was looking for.
I then tried to move them back to the sidebar and it immediately covers up over that ADD A GADGET link. Strangely too there appears above it at all times an outline of an empty box with dash lines — (where i would assume i would originally see that ADD A GADGET link.)
Any ideas what might be happening?

I have found a ‘work-a-round’ on it however. All you need to do is drag and drop all of the elements/gadgets off the sidebar and anywhere else on the page to litterally uncover the link to “ADD A GADGET”. Then you can go in and add more gadgets to your hearts content. Once done, all you do is move them all back in the order you want them in.
Sorted
Thought I’d post that in case it helps someone out there, but that does seem a bit odd to have to do that.
Cheers Swank, have a good one

Hey Swank, You wouldn’t happen to have the original WordPress version of this “Rock My World” template? It appears that I’m going to be switching over to using WordPress within the week I’m guessing and it would be very helpful to have the WordPress versionl, if you’ve got it handy.
I’m getting off of the blogspot.com URL and on my own domain and switching over to using WordPress as well, but I’m loving this template so much that I’m going to continue using it.
If you do have it available, if you could you shoot it over via attachment to my email address that would be awesome.
Cheers
